Project Zero
I’ve been a very active collector on the fxHash platform since the very beginning. Adherence is my opportunity to provide my own contributions to this amazing community.
No Restraint
This project is definitely not a lesson in artistic restraint. It was so fun and exciting for me to grow this project with my learning. I’ve spent 6 months building, adding, cutting, tweaking. All of this wrestling has left an embarrassingly mangled code base, too. That said, I truly believe the diverse size of output-space is worth it.
During development, I encountered some very severe roadblocks, some of which I felt I might never be able to solve. One in particular, related to ensuring this project is dimensionless, actually brought me to tears once I finally worked through it. Similarly, there were a fair number of major leaps that took less than 30 minutes from concept to implementation. Without these, I don’t think this project would have ever made it to the point I felt it was worth releasing. My objective for my second project will be to bring more restraint, for the sake of my sanity if nothing else. It might take me just as long to complete and I expect that it will be a far smaller release, but I’ll still put just as much care into making sure I deliver a quality project for anyone willing to mint.
Make it stand out.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Pre-Adherence is a small-release, preview project for the greater Adherence collection. Pre-Adherence is limited to one of my favorite, curated flows. Holders of Pre-Adherence will receive a free mint from the Adherence collection. Pre-Adherence will most likely be used for other similar types of rewards, but I can’t guarantee anything specific.
Project Principles
As a collector, there are a few key properties that are almost always important for me when deciding to mint from a project.
-
The number of mints has been determined based on the variety of the output. At 512 pieces, this is a bit ambitious for a genesis project, I acknowledge. That actually fills me with a bit of anxiety as there is a good chance that people will pass if they don’t think feel confident that it will mint out. As a collector, it would give me pause too. However, even at this number, I am being a bit conservative as I believe the variety in this project could possibly support twice the output.
-
My intention is to set the price WELL UNDER what I think the secondary market would bear for this project. This is REALLY hard to gauge. I can only hope I got it right!
-
Mints from this project is written to appear exactly the same at all sizes and on all devices. As a collector, I’m often surprised and frustrated when this is not the case with an otherwise great piece.
-
I love to be able to interact with the NFTs that I own. I have attempted to provide enough functionality that will support anyone who would like to do the same with this project. You’ll be able to save at higher resolutions as well as remove certain elements of your mint to suit your needs. You’ll be able to see an overlay of all of your mint’s features and properties. There is even an “experimental” set of infinite animation display options included for fun!
